**Employee training without paper and spreadsheets.**

> **In short:** The E-learning module manages training courses and employee certificates. The administrator creates a course with a PDF material and a test, assigns it to employees and follows the results. The employee reads the material, takes the test and, on success, downloads a certificate as a PDF.

Key features:

- **Courses with categories**: Create courses with a name and category and search them by name. You can hide a course from regular users.
- **PDF materials**: Attach study material to the course as a PDF.
- **Tests with questions**: Add questions with answer options and mark the correct one. The test is scored when submitted.
- **Assigning to employees**: Choose one or more employees. The assigned people see the course in the My courses section.
- **Certificate as a PDF**: After reading the material and passing the test, the employee downloads a certificate as a PDF.
- **My courses**: The employee sees courses in progress and completed ones, their attempts and test results.

Who is this module for? For companies with mandatory training such as health and safety, with onboarding of new employees or with internal courses.

## What courses can I create in Innovanet?

A course has a name, a category, a PDF material and a test with questions where you mark the correct answer. You can hide a course from regular users.

## How do I assign a course to employees?

In the course you choose one or more employees. The assigned people see the course in the My courses section.

## Does the employee get a certificate?

Yes. After reading the material and passing the test, they can download a certificate as a PDF.

## Can the employee see test results?

Yes. In the My courses section they see courses in progress and completed ones, their attempts and results.

## Can the AI assistant work with e-learning?

No. E-learning is not among the modules the AI assistant can reach through MCP.
