**Complaints from report to resolution, without spreadsheets and e-mails.**

> **In short:** The Complaints module, which is in preparation, will record defect complaints from report to resolution, send suppliers notices to remedy the defect, print a completion protocol and show reporting.

You create a complaint with a location, project, supplier and client and follow it from the report to the removal of the defect.
You send the supplier a notice to remedy the defect, print a protocol with signatures once it is resolved and see the results in overviews.

What the module will include:

- **Creating a complaint**: Description of the defect, location, branch, category, type, external number, project, supplier and client with a contact person.
- **Status and history tracking**: Dates of report, acceptance and removal, the responsible person, status and the history of comments and attachments.
- **Supplier notices**: First, second and third notice to remedy the defect as PDF, sent by e-mail and recorded in the complaint history.
- **Protocol and summary**: A completion protocol with space for signatures and a summary of the complaint as PDF.
- **Attachments and financial settlement**: Attachments by document type, financial items and the warranty periods of the project.
- **Complaint reporting**: Resolution and rejection rate, median resolution time, longest-open complaints, top projects and suppliers and an Excel export.

Who will the module suit? For construction and contracting companies that handle complaints about their work with subcontractors and clients.

No, the module is in preparation. The app has a page describing it, but no data can be created or stored in it yet.
