No copying numbers. Upload a photo from your phone and AI reads everything the receipt needs for your expenses.
- Reads Slovak eKasa receipts, Czech ones and others from the EU straight from the photo, without a separate OCR step.
- Fills in the merchant with company ID, tax ID and VAT ID, date and time, receipt number and, for eKasa, the receipt ID and OKP code.
- Splits amounts by VAT rate, lists the items and categorises the expense: fuel, food, accommodation, parking, transport, office, postage or stamps.
- For fuel it adds the litres and the licence plate if they are printed.
- If the photo is blurry or the totals do not add up, it says so and describes the problem in a note. It never guesses.
- The photo is attached as a scan. You just check the data and send the receipt for approval.

UNDER YOUR CONTROL
The assistant advises and prepares. You decide.
The limit is enforced by Innovanet's server, not by the assistant. What a user may not do, their assistant may not do either.
What the assistant deliberately does not do
- It does not delete records. There are no delete tools.
- It neither makes nor prepares payments. Payments only go through the app.
- Invoices, payments, the cash desk and reports are read only for the assistant.
- Document statuses and assets (transfer, disposal, sale) are only changed in the app.
- It never receives sensitive employee data (IBAN, salary, birth number, ID documents, health insurer, private contact), not even from HR.
- We never send it reasons for absence such as sick leave. That is health data.

You approve the connection by signing in to Innovanet
With ChatGPT and claude.ai you sign in to Innovanet directly and choose the company and permission: read only, or read and write. The assistant never gets your password.
The assistant may only do what you may
It works on your behalf, sees only the modules your company has activated and, for payments and the cash desk, only with your module permission.
Read-only mode
With read-only permission the writing tools are not offered at all, so the assistant cannot change or create anything.

Revoke a token or disconnect a connected app in your profile. Access ends immediately.

Limit of 120 requests per minute
An assistant stuck in a loop cannot flood your company.
A token is shown only once
Innovanet stores only its fingerprint. You set its validity, 90 days by default.
Inputs are checked twice
Types, lengths and allowed values are checked first by the MCP server, then by the same rules as the form in the app.

Book a presentationWhat is MCP and why would I want it?
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets an AI assistant connect to an application and call its functions. With it, Claude, ChatGPT or Gemini do not answer blindly but from your current data in Innovanet.
Does it work in ChatGPT and on mobile?
Yes. ChatGPT and claude.ai connect by signing in via OAuth, without a token. A connector added on the web also works in the desktop and mobile apps. Developer tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or VS Code connect with a token from your profile or via OAuth too.
Can the assistant delete or pay anything?
No. There are no tools for deleting or paying. Invoices, payments, the cash desk and reports are read only. It can only record everyday items – a task, a receipt for approval, a ticket, a booking, a request or a note – and only with read-and-write permission.
Where does our data go?
Data the assistant requests from Innovanet is processed by your AI assistant's provider, for example Anthropic or OpenAI, under your agreement with them. We process receipt photos through the OpenAI API and they are not used to train models. We never send sensitive employee data over MCP.
What if the assistant makes a mistake?
It cannot delete or pay anything. A receipt it records waits for approval and you see every call in the activity log. For complete peace of mind, connect it read only.
Do we need a developer?
No. In claude.ai or ChatGPT you add a connector with the server address and sign in to Innovanet. Step-by-step instructions are in the app under How to use with AI? and in the documentation.
Is the AI assistant included in the price?
Yes. Connecting AI assistants is part of the Cloud and Enterprise plans at no extra charge. The subscription to the AI assistant itself, such as Claude or ChatGPT, is with its provider.
How do I find out what the assistant will see?
In the app open How to use with AI? → Playground. It runs exactly the same tools as the assistant, as the signed-in user and without a token.
