Partner directory

A partner once in the directory. Documents simply pick it up.

You keep business partners from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and abroad in one place, together with their addresses, contact people and bank accounts.

Invoices, orders, contracts and mail take the partner from the directory, so you do not retype the company ID, address or bank account.

In short

The Partner directory module keeps suppliers and customers from Slovakia, the Czech Republic and abroad, with their addresses, contact people and bank accounts. You find a company in the register by name or company ID and the data fills in by itself. Invoices, orders and contracts take the partner from the directory.

Key features

Register lookup

Find a company from Slovakia or the Czech Republic by name or company ID and the data fills in by itself. The source is FinStat, and ARES for the Czech Republic.

Partner risks

For the company found you see, for example, bankruptcy, debts, a payment order or a VAT payer listing with a reason for cancelling the registration.

VAT ID check in VIES

One click checks whether the VAT ID of an EU partner is valid.

Foreign partners

For a partner outside Slovakia and the Czech Republic the company ID is not required. You enter the registration number of that country, if there is one.

Addresses, contacts and bank accounts

Registered and delivery addresses, contact people with position, phone and e-mail, and bank accounts with an IBAN check.

The whole relationship in one detail

In the partner detail you see received and issued invoices, contracts, orders and mail. Below are the team's internal comments and a log of data changes.

Removal and restore

A removed partner is hidden from the list and from the picker in documents, but its documents stay. You can restore it at any time.

Who is this module for?

For every company that issues invoices, orders or contracts and does not want to retype partner data.
