Which plan suits us?
If you only need attendance, leave and requests, Innovanet Attendance is enough. Innovanet Cloud includes all modules – invoices, contracts, projects, assets, AI assistants and more. Enterprise is for companies that want their own server, their own branding, custom integrations or specific licence terms.
Can we combine plans?
Yes. You can combine Attendance and Cloud in one company – for example attendance for the production floor and all modules for the office. You pay each plan only for its own users. Enterprise is a plan of its own and is not combined with the others.
How does yearly billing work?
With yearly billing you receive one invoice for 12 months in advance. If the plan has an annual discount in the price list, the calculator shows it and it is applied on the invoice. Ask for yearly billing with a ticket from the app.
Can we change the plan or the number of users?
Yes. We change the plan, the number of users and the billing period based on a ticket from the app. Ending the subscription is governed by the terms and conditions.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, all prices exclude VAT. Where VAT applies, it is added on the invoice under the applicable rules. Companies in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse charge, companies outside the EU without VAT.
How do we pay?
Against an invoice we issue in euros. You pay it by bank transfer – the payment details and a QR code are on the invoice.
Which currency do you invoice in?
Always in euros (EUR). Prices in other currencies are only an approximate conversion at the ECB rate of 9 Oct 2026. The final amount in another currency depends on your bank's rate on the day of payment.
How does the trial work?
The first 30 days are free. You create an account online, no payment card is needed, and you try Innovanet with your own data.
Is support included in the price?
Yes. The helpdesk is part of the subscription. You do not need to buy a separate support package, and you bring your questions straight to our team.
